The Productivity Equation Workshop - Next Steps
Thanks for attending the Productivity Equation workshop. Over the next four weeks, we'll be looking at how you can implement the key areas discussed in the workshop. Each week a new link will be available for you to access.
Week 1: Determining your Areas of Focus (AOF)
Week 2: Establishing your daily routine
Week 3: Establishing your weekly / monthly routine
Week 4: Tech hacks and the bigger picture
We've broken 'productivity' up into little chunks that you can easily implement. Just remember, our definition of productivity is slighly different from a dictionary...
Productivity is something we all strive for in ourselves and our teams, but we often get caught in unproductive practices and procrastination rituals that stall our potential. Being able to focus on the right things at the right time is essential for your personal job satisfaction, the effectiveness of your team and the success of your organisation.
What does being productive really mean? It can be defined as…
“…an average measure of the efficiency of production. It can be expressed as the ratio of output to inputs used in the production process, i.e. output per unit of input”
Uggg.…no wonder we don’t get inspired with the ‘P’ word!
When you really look at productivity, it’s what we do with our time that produces something of value. At its core it leads to a meaningful life, one where you contribute (in the areas of your strength) to an outcome that has relevance and purpose.
Let's get all of those fingers (or arms) working on gripping a meaningful life (you had to be at the workshop to understand that!)
Lets take an Aerial View for week 1
